Aromatherapy-Care reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions
at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and
it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you
use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your
acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

Payments

All orders must be paid for prior to shipping.

1. Online payments are processed through Paypal to provide you with assurance that your details will remain secure.
2. Alternatively you may pay by cheque made out to Aromatherapy Care and posted together with a copy of the order, to 14 Crestbrook Avenue, Palmers Green, London, N13 5RR. Please allow sufficient time for cheque(s) to be received and cleared by the bank before the order can be dispatched.

Postage and Packaging

All orders for delivery in the UK are charged at the amount shown in the shipping column on the order form. All items are posted by recorded delivery. Please allow 14 days from the time of your order for delivery within the UK (although by using first class / courier services we anticipate deliveries within the UK in 3-7 days of your order).

Returns and Refund Policy

You may cancel your order 24 hrs after ordering by emailing info@aromatherapy-care.com, and we will re-credit your card, or destroy the cheque. We will endeavour to effect this promptly and within 30 days of your order.

Due to the bespoke nature of our products (specifically designed to suit your particular needs), there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the product price if you cancel after 24 hours of ordering.

Aromatherapy-care.com accepts no responsibility for any injury arising from the use of any products, especially arising from any improper or inappropriate use of any product, or from allergies or adverse reactions.

Your Responsibility

Aromatherapy-Care has taken care in presenting the information contained in this web site, and continuously reviews the information for accuracy. It is the individual’s responsibility to assure themselves of the appropriateness of a particular treatment for a particular individual under the circumstances which prevail at the time of treatment.

With our tailor-made products we rely on you to provide us with accurate personal information on the “Personal information Form”. Please ensure you advise us of any allergy or medical condition.
